For the cardamom crowns, quickly knead all ingredients into a dough, this is most easily done with the dough hook of a food processor. Form this dough into a ball and chill.

You may need to add a little more flour. Roll out the dough cold and cut out little crowns. Bake the cookies quickly at 190 degrees top/bottom heat until golden brown.

The cardamom crowns can still be decorated as desired or covered with glaze.
