Pluck off greens and cut into slices approx. ½ – 1 cm thick.

Coarsely chop the mint. Cut lemon balm into strips.

Whip the cream with a little sugar.

2) Preparation: Mix blossom honey with Grand Marnier, add a little lemon balm and mint, green pepper and a little juice of a lemon.

Neatly arrange the sliced strawberries on a plate, cover with the honey-mint marinade.

Mix whipped cream with mint and lemon balm and form in the middle of the carpaccio.

3. ) Arrange: Garnish with lemon balm leaf, drizzle all together with a little honey.
