Instructions:

The cedric lemons are a special variety of citron that consists almost only of peel.

Wash the cedri hot, pat dry and then cut into thin slices.

Put the lemon slices in a baking dish form, season with salt, pepper and cane sugar, add 1-2 tbsp of olive oil, mix everything together well and let it sit a little(30 min).

Then spread the lemon slices on plates like a carpaccio, add a few leaves of arugula on top and drizzle with remaining marinade. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut the flesh lengthwise. Squeeze the garlic clove smooth. Peel the prawns, score the back and remove the intestines. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan, add garlic, peppers and thyme on the side next to it form and sear the prawns in it from all sides.

Arrange the prawns on the prepared plates, drizzle with the seasoning oil from the frying pan and bring to the table.
