For the chanterelle vegetable soup, add the oil to the slow cooker and turn it on to HIGH.

Clean the onion, garlic and greens and cut into small pieces – add to the slow cooker and cover with the lid.

Clean the chanterelles, cut large ones in half or quarters. Put the soup powder into the slow cooker, pour the boiling water over it and stir everything well. Add the spices, stir and finally add the chanterelles.

Simmer on HIGH with lid for about 2.5 hours. Finally, season with a dash of vinegar and serve the chanterelle vegetable soup.
