For the baked chicken fillets with spaghetti, clean the chicken fillets and place them in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper.

Wash the tomatoes, cut them into slices and spread them on the meat. Spread 2 tablespoons of Italian herb mixture on top and season again with a little salt. Slice the mozzarella and fill the whole mold with it.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Mix whipped cream, crème fraîche, herbs, salt and pepper and pour over the cheese spread. Cook in the oven at 190 °C for about 50 minutes until the cheese is well browned.

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package and when serving, pour over the juices that have formed in the dish.
