For the chocolate spice granola bars, first preheat the oven to 180 °C hot air. Line a rectangular brownie baking pan with baking paper.

Mix the rolled oats with the cashews, raisins, coconut flakes, flax seeds, cocoa and Kotányi VEGGY Sweet in a large bowl.

Coarsely crumble the cornflakes with your fingers and mix in.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and stir into the oatmeal mixture with the melted coconut oil and honey. Mix everything well until all ingredients are evenly coated with the beaten egg whites.

Pour the mixture into the baking pan and press down very well (preferably with a glass). The bars should be a little 2-3 cm thick.

Bake the granola bars in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until they are lightly brown and no longer moist.

Remove and carefully lift out of the pan with the baking paper. Cut into equal-sized bars while still warm. Allow chocolate spice granola bars to cool completely.
