Instructions:

Mix all dry ingredients together. Make a well in the center. Add fat in flakes and 2-3 tablespoons of water and quickly knead everything together into a dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest in refrigerator for half an hour.

Roll out dough on lightly floured work surface to about 3mm thickness and cut out stars. If the dough is too crumbly (this is usually the case because of the many knobs), knead in a little more water. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 175 °C (gas: level 2) for 10-12 minutes.

Stir the powdered sugar and water until smooth and brush the cooled stars with it.
