Cocoa Ice Cream

For the cocoa ice cream, heat milk with whipped cream. Mix yolks with powdered sugar until creamy. Mix warm milk with yolks and powdered sugar.

Stir in the cocoa powder, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze.
