For the cream of cauliflower soup, put butter in a saucepan and lightly fry the onion in it. Add the cauliflower (keep 4 nice cauliflower florets for decoration), pour in the soup and cook until soft.

Blend soup, season and stir in whipped cream or sour cream. Chop chives or parsley and stir into soup. Divide cream of cauliflower soup among 4 plates, and place a cauliflower rose in each plate.
