Instructions:

For the potato dumplings (=> separate recipe) Cut the shallot and the apple into fine cubes and sauté in the butter. Extinguish with the wine and pour on the whipped cream. Boil to half. Squeeze the sauerkraut well and heat in the liquid. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
