For the creamy ice cocoa, heat 200 ml of milk and dissolve the drinking chocolate powder in it. Pour in the remaining cold milk.

Divide the vanilla ice cream into 8 equal portions and pour one portion of ice cream into each of 4 large glasses. Using a hand blender, blend the remaining ice cream with the cold drinking chocolate until creamy.

Pour it over the vanilla ice cream in the glasses, dress with whipped cream and serve with ice cream wafers.

Preparation Tip:

If you want it extra chocolaty, just use chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla ice cream. The creamy iced cocoa is a great caffeine-free alternative to iced coffee and is also suitable for children.
