Instructions:

For the crespelle, mix eggs, flour, milk, salt and pepper until smooth. Clean or peel the greens and onions, wash and dice.

Heat oil. Fry minced meat for about 10 minutes until crumbly. Add vegetables and onion and cook briefly. Season with salt, bell pepper and paprika.

Add tomato paste and tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Bake dough in oil to 4-6 pancakes. Pour sauce on top and roll up.
