Peel the cucumber and cut into fine slices. Sauté the cucumber slices and onion in hot butter until translucent. Add the dill and steam. Extinguish with vegetable soup and steam for about 20 minutes. Finish with sour cream. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Sprinkle with chopped dill before serving.
