For the curd fruit swirl, mix the curd with sugar, vanilla sugar and 2 eggs until creamy. Roll up the puff pastry and spread the curd mixture in the center of the pastry.

Place the drained cocktail fruits on top of the curd mixture, brush the edge with egg and fold in on both sides. Line a baking tray with baking paper, place the two strudels on top, brush with egg and sprinkle with the hail sugar.

Bake the curd cheese and fruit strudel in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

The curd fruit strudel can of course also be prepared with fresh fruit of your choice.
