Instructions:

Cut the meat into cubes and sear on all sides in a pot with hot oil.

Peel and coarsely dice the onions, add to the meat and stew. Salt and pepper the meat with the onions, pour the pineapple juice, the pineapple cubes and a cup of whipped cream over it, season with curry.

Cover the pot and simmer gently for about 45 minutes.

Then add the second cup of whipped cream and five sliced bananas and bring to the boil briefly.

In the meantime, cut the remaining bananas in half and sauté in sugar and butter.

Portion the curry banana pot onto plates and serve hot with the fried bananas.

Preparation Tip:

The best side dish is rice, but you could also prepare the curry with potatoes.
