For the dandelion lemonade, do not wash the dandelion flowers, just shake and sort. Slice the lemon and boil the sugar with the water for 10 minutes.

Let cool and pour over the flowers and lemon. It should be well covered. Let steep for 2 days and pour through a straining cloth.

Bring to a boil again while stirring. Pour into a bottle and store tightly closed.

Preparation Tip:

To drink the dandelion lemonade dilute with cold water in the ratio 1:6.
