Instructions:

For fiery beef juice goulash, first peel onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. Wash the bell bell pepper and cut into strips. Cut the beef into 3 cm cubes and rub with salt, TABASCO® Pepper Sauce and cumin.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large saucepan, sear the meat on all sides, then remove from the saucepan and fry the onion and garlic in the drippings in 2 tablespoons of oil, add the paprika and continue to fry briefly.

Then add paprika powder and tomato paste, mix well, deglaze with red wine and fill up with beef broth. Place the meat in the sauce and steam, covered, for about 1 ½ hours.

Peel potatoes, grate finely and add to goulash, stir well and continue stewing for another 20 minutes, stirring repeatedly, adding more water if necessary.
