For the grilled fillet skewers, pluck the herbs from the stems and chop. Mix the olive oil, salt, pepper and chopped herbs to make a marinade.

Slice the meat, cut the onion, peppers and bacon into suitable pieces as well. Thread everything alternately onto skewers. Brush with the marinade and let marinate for about 1-2 hours.
