Instructions:

Cut the fish fillet into approx. 2 cm thick cubes and marinate with lemon juice, olive oil, paprika powder, sea salt and pepper for approx. 1 hour. Then alternate the fish pieces with a bay leaf on a large or several small metal skewers. If possible, grill over charcoal, otherwise fry in a Teflon pan. For the sauce, blend all ingredients in a blender to a homogeneous sauce. Serve the finished skewers with the sauce on the side.
