Preparation of Celluzoon solutionStir 6 str. dosing spoons of Celluzoon in 100ml of ice-cold water with a snow mister until the powder has completely dissolved. Let the Celluzoon solution sit for 30 minutes to allow the foam to settle. 3cl of solution is needed per cocktail.Making the Bounty FoamStir together Amaretto, coconut syrup, whipping cream, pineapple juice, Celluzoon solution, and 3 tablespoons of Xanthazoon. Pour the mixture into a whipped cream siphon, screw on 1 whipped cream cartridge and shake well.Serve: Fill the cocktail glass with the chocolate flakes first, then top with some crushed ice. Finally, spray the Bounty foam into the glass and decorate.
