Instructions:

Crush grains into soft flakes in a flake press. Select berries, rinse, drain. Cut apple into quarters, peel, remove core and crush flesh with a blender. Add honey, then blend in yogurt.

Form the apple yogurt with the cereal flakes in a bowl, sprinkle the berries on top.

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
