Preheat oven grill.

Grate lemon peel on a fine grater. Later, cut lemon in half. Squeeze one half.

Separate eggs into yolks and whites.

Cut vanilla bean in half, scrape out pulp and add to egg yolks.

Beat egg whites until stiff and add half of the sugar. Continue beating until the mixture is glossy (meringue). Set aside. Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar and the grated lemon zest until creamy.

Mix half-fat quark with curd cheese and juice of one lemon.

Sift the cornflour over the curd. Fold in the snow. Divide curd mixture evenly into 4 ovenproof foermen / plates. Place on a baking tray.

Set aside a few kiwi slices/strawberries for garnish. Cut rest into pieces apples (Boskop), cut into fine slices. Stick kiwi/strawberries and apple slices deep into curd mixture. Place baking tray approx. 20 cm under the broiler. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Take out. Dust with powdered sugar. Garnish with fruit set aside. Serve immediately.
