Total time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Finely chop the onions, cut the bacon into small cubes. Clean the mushrooms and also cut them into small pieces.

Grate the Gouda and chop the parsley.

Put the bacon and the sunflower oil in a pot and let the bacon render and fry lightly.

Add the onions and sauté them a bit.

Add the mushrooms little by little and sauté.

Pour the white wine and let it boil away for 20 minutes. Then add the parsley.

Mix in the whipped cream and season with sea salt, nutmeg and pepper.

Fill the baking dish alternately with gnocchi and sauce. The sauce should be the bottom layer.

Finally, sprinkle the cheese on top.

Now place the casserole dish either in the oven at 180-200 °C for 30 minutes. Or place on the grill in the indirect heat (also for 30 minutes at the same temperature).

Preparation Tip:

If you want to make the gnocchi yourself, we have a basic gnocchi recipe. If you want it to go quickly, you can also use ready-made gnocchi. No matter which variant you choose, the gnocchi do not need to be pre-cooked, because they cook in the sauce anyway. The only important thing is that the sauce is rather liquid.
