Instructions:

Whip the yolks and powdered sugar with the orange and lemon zest until creamy and then carefully fold in the whipped cream.

Select the berries, rinse, drain and remove the stalks. Divide evenly among four plates.

Pour the prepared gratin mixture over the berries and top with a few more dollops of whipped cream. Brown very briefly in the heated stove.
