Instructions:

Make a green quantity of bread, onions and herbs in a hand mixer. Add the melted butter and the egg. The amount should still be grainy and, spread on the pieces of salmon, bake in the stove at 210 °C for about 10 -13 min. The crust should get a nice golden color.

Paradeiser sauce :Brown the onions in butter, add curry, cayenne pepper, paradeiser and the clear soup and simmer for 10 min. on low heat. Then add whipped cream and butter and bring to a boil again. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Ratatouille :Cut the vegetables into small cubes. One by one, sauté the pumpkin, onions, melanzani and peppers in oil. Mix everything in a hot frying pan and add the tomatoes. Cook and season vigorously with salt and freshly ground pepper.
