Total time: 45 min

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Peel onions and garlic, cut onions into eighths and chop garlic finely. Rinse meat, rub dry and cut into strips. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add meat and fry heartily, add onions and garlic and stew. Pour clear soup, let it boil, sprinkle Ebly# and cook at low temperature until done.

Rinse, clean, quarter and dice zucchini. Cut tomatoes crosswise, blanch (scald) with boiling hot water, skin, halve, remove seeds and cut flesh into small cubes. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, add the zucchini and tomatoes to the Ebly pan, cook for a few minutes and season with salt and pepper. Drain olives, dice feta cheese and mix both into the Ebly frying pan shortly before serving.

Tip: Zucchini is a type of pumpkin and therefore low in calories, rich in vitamins and easy to digest – just the thing for a light meal!
