Instructions:

White cabbage also takes a relatively long time in the microwave, but tastes exceptionally aromatic and can be cooked with low fat. It’s faster with sauerkraut. To do this, cook the peppers alone for 15 minutes, add the sauerkraut and cook for another 10 minutes.

Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage, cut the cabbage in half and slice into thin strips. Rinse the peppers, remove the stalk, seeds and partitions. Cut the peppers into small cubes. Mix the paprika powder with the oil and then with the vegetables, place in a microwave dish. Stir the apple juice with salt and pepper, pour over the vegetables. Cook in the microwave at 600 watts for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Then dice the turkey ham, fold into the vegetables with the whipped cream and heat again for 5 min at 600 watts. Season to taste and serve with long grain rice to table form.

If you want to cook the ham cabbage on the stove and in a normal stove, roast the peppers in the double mass of fat. Add cabbage, season and pour the juice. Cook for about 45 minutes. Season with whipped cream.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
