A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Melt dark chocolate in a water bath. Fold in powdered sugar, brittle and rum. Cool the mixture in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Stir once after 1 hour.

Form small balls the size of walnuts. Turn the balls in the hazelnut brittle on the other side and leave to cool.

Place in small chocolate sleeves to give as gifts.

Try variations with the addition of oat flakes/bran or possibly other ingredients. Fortunately, tastes are different.
