For the herb quiche with cheese, knead a shortcrust dough from flour, butter, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp. salt and milk. Roll out dough on a floured work surface and line a greased springform pan (24 cm) with it.

Chill the pan for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees convection, mix the curd cheese, cream cheese and sour cream.

Finely chop the garlic, add to the curd mixture with salt, pepper and the remaining eggs and mix well.

Finally, fold in parsley and chive rolls. Spread the curd mixture on the dough base and bake for about 50-60 minutes.

Then let the herb quiche rest in the turned-off oven for about 10 minutes more. Garnish with herbs before serving.

The herb quiche with cheese can be served hot and cold.
