Instructions:

For the juicy orange cake, mix the margarine until creamy.

Gradually add fructose, eggs and orange zest. Sift flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Fold in by spoonfuls, alternating with the juice of one lemon.

Pour batter into a small greased cup cake pan (22 cm ø) and bake for 30 minutes at 180°.

Pierce the hot juicy orange cake a few times with a wooden skewer, drizzle with orange juice and decorate with orange zest.

Preparation Tip:

A few chopped pistachios sprinkled over the juicy orange cake also taste great.
