Try this delicious cake recipe:

Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of about 3 mm, spread out portion molds (*) with it. Prick the bottom of the pastry regularly with a fork and leave to cool.

Sauté the leek in the warm butter, add white wine and cook completely. Season with salt and pepper, cool.

Cut the smoked salmon into strips, chop the basil. Mix both into the leek vegetables, distribute them evenly in the ramekins.

Mix eggs and cream, season with salt and pepper, pour over the leek vegetables. Meanwhile, bake the cakes in the oven heated to 220 °C on the second rack from the bottom for about twenty minutes (*). Serve hot or possibly lukewarm.

(*) with a baking tray of about 22 cm ø: bake for thirty minutes.
