For the lentil stew, peel and finely chop the onions. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Cut the smoked loin into small cubes as well. Wash and chop the soup vegetables. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion and bacon cubes in it. Add the smoked loin with the soup vegetables and cook.
