For the letcho, dice the bacon, render and add oil. Fry the onion and add the garlic. Blanch the tomatoes, remove the skins and chop them.

Quarter all peppers, remove seeds and cut into strips. Add tomatoes and peppers to onions, salt and bell pepper. Steam everything until soft.
