Instructions:

Base: Beat yolks, marzipan and sugar. Whip egg whites with 80 g sugar to egg whites, mix into yolk mixture and then stir in sifted flour. Coat two square baking sheets and bake at 220 degrees for about 8-10 min cuts: Let gelatine melt, mix mascarpone, curd and powdered sugar, mix gelatine with the whipped cream, together with the Amaretto under the quantity form and finally fold in the whipped cream. Let cooking chocolate melt, soak both bases, spread the lower base with liquid chocolate.

Spread a little bit more than half of the mascarpone mixture on the bottom cake layer, place the second cake layer on top, spread again and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours, then dust with cocoa.

Tip: Do you prefer milk chocolate or dark chocolate? Depending on the case, use whichever you like better.
