For the meat dumplings, mix the minced meat with a tablespoon of mineral water, cover and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, soak the bread in water, then squeeze it well and break it into pieces. Heat butter in a frying pan and fry onions and diced peppers.

Mix all ingredients. Form small dumplings from the mixture with wet hands. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the dumplings in it all around. Place on a grill rack and finish frying the meat dumplings in the preheated oven at 200 °C for about 7 minutes.
