Instructions:

Stir the espresso well with the sugar and coffee liqueur.

Break the biscuits into pieces to the size of the glasses and soak them in the liquid. Grate the zest of one lime and squeeze out the juice.

Whip the mascarpone together with the lime zest and juice and the brown sugar for five minutes until fluffy. Place a layer of cookies in the glasses, add a little mascarpone cream on top and repeat until the glass is full. Finally, sprinkle with cocoa. Boil the amaretto with star anise and cut vanilla pod to about 1/3 syrupy. Cut the figs in half, add to the syrup form and cool.

Melt the chocolate with the butter over a water bath, add the cornflakes, mix carefully and form small heaps on a parchment paper with two teaspoons. Leave to cool. Place the tiramisu in a glass on a plate, drizzle two figs with syrup and place them on top. Decorate with a praline and raspberries.
