A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Heat the whipped cream and add the peppermint liqueur.

Roughly grate the chocolate, stir into the liquid and let it melt. Place on the candle rechaud.

If a sweet fondue is too viscous, dilute with a little coffee, schnapps or possibly whipped cream.

Serve

With firm canned pears or fresh pears in pieces, with pieces of white bread or sand cake. Or with pieces of candied fruit.
