Instructions:

Add herbs, lemon balm, savory, basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, chervil and garlic in about 1/8l of water, add wine vinegar,salt and pepper and cook the mixture until little of the liquid remains. After straining and cooling, add oil and beer. Turn the pieces of meat, mushrooms and tomatoes in the marinade and grill on a preheated grill.

Preparation Tip:

As a side dish, baked potatoes and salads are recommended.
