Knead marzipan well with powdered sugar and liqueur and form small beans from it. Melt the couverture in a water bath. Dip the beans in it and sprinkle with dissolving coffee.

Preparation Tip:

Do not store mocha beans in the refrigerator, as the marzipan will weep.
