Bruno Kaelin: This dish is a real central Swiss specialty. Ofaetuerli is an old, nutritious traditional recipe that is still prepared this way today according to various family recipes. In the past, besides the spices, only ingredients that the local soil provided were used. Ofaetuerli was a typical winter dish back then.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all of a good dish!
