Instructions:

For the dough, first separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the yolks, soft butter and powdered sugar until creamy.

Squeeze the orange and grate the peel. Mix in orange zest, 1 tablespoon orange juice and cinnamon. Cut the marzipan into small pieces and stir in well with the flour and baking powder. Carefully fold in the snow.

Pour the dough into a greased and floured Santa mold.

Bake in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 30 minutes. Allow cake to cool and remove from mold.

For the glaze, melt chocolate, butter and 1 tablespoon orange juice over steam. Glaze cake all over with glaze and decorate as desired.

This Santa Claus can be baked with any cake dough. Also when decorating, you can use whatever you want, according to your choice and whim. Nuts, aranzini, sugar beads.... everything is possible!
