Instructions:

First, peel and finely chop the onion. Wash and grate the carrots. Also wash the zucchini and cut into small cubes.

Drain the tuna.

Wash the parsley and pluck the leaves.

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and drain.

In the meantime, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion. Add the carrots and sauté. Then add the diced zucchini and tuna.

Pour in the passata and simmer briefly until everything is warm. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Mix in the pasta and portion.

Serve garnished with parsley leaves.
