A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Lean curd (curd) , juice of one lemon, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks, milk, oil and salt mix thoroughly.

Mix flour and baking powder and knead gradually until a smooth dough. Roll out this dough and line the bottom and sides of a cake springform pan with it.

Sprinkle ground nuts on top.

Peel the pears, cut them into quarters and remove the core. Drizzle the pear pieces with cognac, then spread evenly on the dough.

Mix egg whites, sugar, sour cream and whole egg and pour over pears form. Bake in the heated oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees at the beginning and then for another 30 minutes at 175 degrees. Remove cake briefly and turn oven up to 250 degrees meanwhile.

Melt butter and pour over cake form. Sprinkle sugar over it and all together again for 5 min. in the stove form.
