Cut the marzipan paste into cubes, mix with the fat, sugar and eggs in a wide bowl, stir with a mixer until creamy, then briefly fold in the flour and baking powder. Drain pineapple well in a sieve, cut into small pieces, finally fold into the batter. Grease a loaf pan, line with parchment paper, drop in the batter, smooth out and bake.
Circuit: 170-190 °C , lower sliding rack 160-180 °C , convection oven 60-70 min.
Melt cooking chocolate in a water bath, coat the cooled cake with it.
