For the pizza carbonara, cut mozzarella into thin slices, mix eggs with milk or whipped cream and parmesan a little.
Roll out the pizza dough thinly, press an edge at the ends and brush it with a little oil. Spread tomato sauce on the pizza dough and season with pizza seasoning.
Then put slices of mozzarella on top. Drizzle a few drops of olive oil on top. Place ham on top and pour the egg-milk-parmesan mixture on top.
Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees convection for about 15 minutes.

Garnish the pizza carbonara with fresh basil leaves before serving.
