Instructions:

For the pizza dough, mix well all dry ingredients. Dissolve the yeast in the water and add. Knead the dough as hard as possible for about 10 minutes. Cover and let rise for at least 1/2 hour.

You can also leave it covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Roll out and top as desired (see my other recpts).

Enough for 2 sheet pizzas. Bake at 250 °C for about 15-20 minutes, depending on the topping.

Preparation Tip:

The pizza dough can also be frozen.
