Instructions:

Stir the eggs with the liquid whipped cream and season well with the spices. Rinse the raw potatoes, peel and grate coarsely. Mix the potatoes with the eggs and whipped cream. Butter a high baking tray and line it with parchment paper. Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly 2 cm – 5 cm high (depending on the baking sheet). Preheat the oven to 150 C and bake for 40 minutes until a golden brown crust appears. Remove from the baking sheet when cool and cut into portions.

Before eating, brown the portions in a frying pan on both sides.

Goes great with meat dishes.

If there are fewer people, reduce the recipe.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
