Instructions:

For the meatballs, clean and rinse the young onions. Remove the peel from the ginger and garlic. Dice ginger, garlic and green onions as small as possible. Mix minced meat with young onions, garlic, ginger, grated sambal, egg, lime zest olek, salt and pepper well.
