Instructions:

Cook the potatoes in a pressure cooker until they are soft. In the meantime, finely chop the wild garlic, put some on the side. Heat the milk on medium heat.

Peel the finished potatoes and press them through a potato ricer or mash them with a potato masher.

Mix the potatoes with milk, cream, cream cheese, wild garlic and spices with a whisk to a puree.

Season to taste. Arrange and serve with fresh wild garlic. The cream and cream cheese give the dish a slightly fresh kick.
