For Pulled Turkey Burger, first preheat the oven to 130 °C bottom heat.

For the Pulled Turkey, mix Pumpkin Spice with the remaining spices. Wash the turkey legs, pat dry and rub with the spices. Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix soup, sugar, maple syrup, mustard and soy sauce.

In an ovenproof roaster, place the onion, turkey legs and pour the liquid.

Close the roaster and let the meat cook for about 4 hours. After that, it should be very easy to pull apart and off the bone with a fork.

Meanwhile, prepare black burger buns. Wash cucumber and cut into thin slices. Peel red onion and cut into rings. Wash and clean lettuce and pluck into large pieces.

Cut burger buns in half crosswise, spread both halves generously with mayonnaise and cover the bottom half with lettuce leaves. Spread Pulled Turkey on top, drizzle with a little gravy to taste, top with cucumbers and onions and cover with top bun half.

Serve Pulled Turkey Burger.
